Wisdom and Teaching of Stephen R. Covey

1.  Accountability  It is one thing to make a mistake and quite another thing is to admit it.

2.  Choice  Every human being has four endowments: Self awareness, conscience, independent will
           and creative imagination.  The ultimate human freedom: the power to choose, to respond and
           to change

3.  Contribution    Deep within you is an inner longing to live a life of greatness and contribution to really
           matter and to make a difference.

4.  Courage.  The acceptance of problem and learning how to deal and face it.

5.  Effectiveness.   Highly effective people share seven habits.  Habit 1 You are the programmer,  Habit 2            Write the program,  Habit 3 and 4 Tell us to Run the program   Habit 5 and 6  Live the
           program  Habit 7 Paradigm of continuous  improvement.  Live love laugh and leave a legacy.

6.  Empathy.  Seek first to understand then to be understood.
7.  Integrity.  Wisdom is the child of integrity.

10.  Love     Accepting people as they are.
11.  Potential   You share your own destiny the capacity to learn.
12.  Self discipline   (from the word Disciple).  The discipline are truly free.
13.  Trust
14.  Synergy  Involve the people in the problem, immerse them in it so they soak in it and feel it.
15.  Truth     right principles
16.  Vision  Plan almost unto the last detail
17.  WinWin  Paradigm there is plenty of room for everybody.  It is a frame of mind and heart that  
                     constantly  seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions.
