This contributes to poor health, stress, and a weak immune system. A spring cleanse is an opportunity for your body to rebuild. Some people choose cleansing plans, kits, diet but there is a less drastic approach. Try the following tips for the next five to seven days. During the process, limit your consumption of processed food, alcohol, meat, caffeine and sugar.
Water Filtered, distilled or spring water helps hydrate and clean the body. Adding fresh leon juice is a plus. Have a minimum of six cups a day starting with one in the morning on an empty stomach.
Greens Grean leaf vegetable like pechay, broccoli, kangkong are rich in vitamins and it helps cleanse the blood. They also contain fiber which binds toxins so they're more easily excreted. Eat them several times a day, if possible. Go to the juice bar for a green drink twice a day.
Spices Herbs and spices including cayene, pepper and tumeric all help the body cleanse. Use them as much as you'd like in food.
Stress reduction. Stress causes a chemical release in the body that can break down tissues and weaken the immune system. Techniques like stretching, exercise, deep breathing, yoga and meditation heal the body and mind.
Skin cleansing. Buy a loofah or body scrub. This helps the skin eliminate waste and encourages blood flow.

I like your Detox Tips Ate Kaye! As you have mentioned in the last paragraph..."Make room for new things in your life," it is not only the food that we take in our stomach we must conscious about. We need to feel our inner self, our mind and probably our very own soul if we are still in burden of negative emotions from our past. Let us check ourselves where our direction in life is heading. Maybe we always think that there are many bad experiences in life that we are presently trying to win over with but I always know that nothing is impossible as long as we believe. Learn to love what you have, learn to accept who you are, learn to remember that everything is about TIME, learn to try doing things we want not what people want for a change and learn to love exercising and eating healthy not because you want to be sexy but because you want to stay alive for longer years because there are people who love you. Start one step forward and move on.
